BTCMarkets API Integration

Friends, this is a major exchange in ANZ and without its full integration, along with Coinspot, and Independant Reserve, Australian traders have almost no options to determine portfolio values dynamically. Please upvote this FR# and Coinspot, raised by another user.

Allow support for bitmex so that margin traders can track their trades from the app aswell
